Keeping doing what you are doing - that is, working hard with your staff to coach up and guide a group of high schoolers and young adults in football and in life.

Many of us Notre Dame fans have perspective on important things in life, and have witnessed the national disparity between athetics and academics. We continue to value Notre Dame football for what it was and is, and believe in its most important tradition of working to win with character.

Continue setting a positive example, encouraging team development and taking pride in oneself on and off the field. To be a champion is much more than holding a trophy, yet to hold that trophy as a champion is what many of us have faith will happen again.

Please make a decision on quarterback soon. Notre Dame desperately needs one particular person to prepare to be leader throughout this challenging season, even if all four have talent. The others will follow suit.

You have handled difficulties at ND the best way one can, by making mistakes and pushing forward to improve. I would rather have a coach of integrity than a man promising miracles.

Excellent post. I'd like to add that after reading about the entitled culture at UF created by Meyer, I'm proud to have Kelly as our coach. He holds all his players to a high standard and expects his best players to lead and work harder rather than concede power to a bunch of young adults.
