Coverups, for law enforcement and college administrations, are very difficult to pull off. Seriously. That is exactly what I am trying to say : who cares whether his pecker wears a shit-stained neck tie or not? He knew what he had to do, and did it. He was efficient on the battlefield and he won the day. All this talk about his predilections is irrelevant. He was brutal. He killed everyone he could get his hands on (below a certain noble rank) that supported James.

See most people are afraid of homosexuality. Either because of their own latent homosexual feelings or deep seated prejudice they have been taught. So considering that a person is homosexual can be used to vilify a person, and or cover that same person's true villainy. We are victimized all the time by images used to manipulate our perception.

As far as Winston. Watch the press conference that the girls attorney held. There are no two stories except for the misinformation that the school and the DA's office purposefully disseminated. There was enough for a grand jury indictment anywhere else. There was no cover up. All there was is the same consistent manipulation used every day. After all who are you going to believe, a prosecutor or a defense attorney? Both can and do lie to achieve their goals.
