says he grew up with Jimmy C. and looks forward to taking his job...:)

Got to love our QB's mentality all round don't know??

Also mentioned that going back to ND HS will be interesting since ND HS has been such a USC factory lately... I have heard all winter how this kid is the next great SC QB from these Trojan fan clowns... I already know, it's nothing but, "he's over rated and thus fit for Notre Dame" from now on.

Yep, bring on the hate train.

I wonder if they'll eventually run out of excusses when this keeps happening year after year?

No QB starter will be safe at ND with the talent that is here and coming in. We are entering an exciting time in ND history.

Already started as Trojanwire is stating that Crop is 10x the QB Crist is and that he must be gay for going to ND, as he is a "buddy-buddy Kinda guy" too funny. Flying out of DC at 1620 today for the game......

What I love most about the USC pundits on the message boards is when they say that Clausen benefitted from an easy schedule playing "nobody" and then go on to say that Marc Tyler was the best offensive player on the team. Well if JC was playing against subpar teams, doesn't that mean MT was too.

Don't forget: "the only reason he is going to ND is because he knew that Mustain is coming to SC. He was afraid to compete with Sanchez, Mustain, and the greatest qb Corp"

I wouldn't say they are worried, and there are some over there that aren't completely nuts and will agree that Crist and Clausen are high quality QBs. I think it just boils down to that they can't admit defeat, and when they do suffer a loss of any sorts the media, especially the local media spins it in such a way that you would think that USC and the Poodle are the greatest thing ever and they could never possibly lose in anything, no matter what the circumstances might be. When you hear something enough, eventually most start to believe it weather it's true or not. It works just the same as negative recruiting to a degree.

How quickly one's perception of an athlete turns based on who he decides to play for. One man's confidence is another's arrogance in this case. Though I gotta say, "buddy-buddy" was not one I saw coming.

They ALSO say with regularity that Corp played in a weaker and "unwatched" division and therefore no one paid attention to his superior skills in contrast to Jimmy, who of course played against "inferior" competition and therefore looked better than he is... so which one is it Trojan fans??? Does inferior competition hide your true effectiveness or does it make you look better than you really are?? You can't have it both ways... the funny thing is I have pointed this contradiction to Trojan fans at bars and such after they spill out the very B.S. I just covered... and they don't get it... they don't understand why I would call it a contradiction

When Jimmy was Trojan bound, at least assumed to be... he was agreed upon by the nation, fan and media alike to be a "once in a decade prospect"... treuly special... since he committed to us, he's over rated and going to be exposed... NOTHING about him changed aside from the school he's attending

agreed... they are the greatest ever... and they have 20 plus National Title banners hanging in the Coliseum to prove it....apparently winning the Pac 8 or being ranked number one in the dunkel poll at any point during the season constituted winning a National Title anytime before 1980... just ask Mike Garrett...

"I got it one peice @ time and didn't cost me a dime and you'll know it's ND when we roll through your town" lyrics alterted but johnny cash and charlie are both well deserving of a frosty blue moon, wheres the reps on that one?
