You are the .gif master, Buster. (That should be your title, btw)

Where do you find 'em?

Point noted! But ummm, how does one change their title?

I don't find them anywhere per se. I just made a folder in my tabs many years ago and every time i found a .gif that made me laugh I save it.

As an amateur comedian, I find them surprisingly brilliant. haha

as previously posted, I don't think it's so much of a "trend" but more of a commodity desired by any given university to keep in tune with their traditions.

You want someone for the job that knows what it means to be a "Michigan" man, or something of the sort

Schools like to hire alumni because those coaches already understand what a "Michigan" or "Colorado" used to represent. They know what the school expects, they understand the tradition, and they probably won't use it as a stepping stone.

bingo. most school's with a rich tradition/history in winning like to hire those that were invovled with that success. they understand what it takes and know what the school expects.
