I'll let this one stand b/c it's so close to game time, but the description isn't quite right.

The second option can't be an OR. Each option has to have one scenario in which the bet wins. No one is giving 1:1 odds for Mich State winning but by less than 8.5 points.

I'll add the rules for spread betting to the rules thread.
