take a look BS actually is a pretty good ILB, he seems to have faster game speed rather than his 4.7/40 time.

If you go with the Scouts, Inc./ESPN 150 ratings, BS is not just a pretty good ILB, he is an elite ILB, they have him rated as the #4 ILB in the country behind only Galippo, Dewey Elliott, and Chris Strong, and the #10 Linebacker overall. That rates him ahead of some heavily recruited LB's like Lorenzo Edwards, Chris Colosanti, Austin Box, Rolando McClain, Josh Bynes, Kendall Smith, Jordan Campbell, and J'Courtney Williams among others. The LB that Iowa picked up and is trying to say is the reason that Smith became expendable, Bruce Davis, is a 1 star on Scout, and a 3 star on Rivals, and is not even ranked at the LB position by either board. Iowa is just trying to save face on that story; Brian Smith is a big loss for them, and a big pick up for ND. By all accounts Brian Smith had a monster senior season, and is far from being just a fill-in for an open spot. Smith is definitely an elite recruit which makes it all the more baffling as to why Minter never offered him a scholarship.
