yes, he's sure. The Scout database has listed him with an offer for quite some time, but no other media outlets, including Irish Eyes (Scout's ND site) list him with an offer. Just yet one more reason why the National Scout Database is just about total crap.

He had one, but I'm not sure if hew still does. However I haven't heard otherwise, so his offer tag would still apply, but I do know that ND is no longer activly recruiting him as well as he hasn't really shown any interest in ND in quite some time. However I'm not sure which came fist, but if I had to guess I would have to think that one of those is an effect of the other taking place.
