My bet if ND isn't in the playoff is Fiesta or Peach.

I just picked up a pair of Peach tickets, first seats by the visitor tunnel entrance. Buying from the Peach Bowl directly gives you dibs on the exact seats and same price for the playoff game next year.

My ticket app won't submit for some reason. I'll try again in a bit. $650 for championship game tickets, wow!

Read something that school tickets are priced less than renewals/"season" holders for the bowls per the contract with they playoff system. That's all well and good but you have zero control on where you seat actually ends up.

OK, so Fiesta Bowl has tons of tickets available direct, lower level goal line is $275, upper midfield for $150. ND shows $150 in the lottery, are those only uppers they offer and all of the school allotment for lower level is "accounted for" before it is even announced?

Are any of these games sure-thing sellouts besides the playoff? I don't want to be stuck with tickets I can't sell in the event I can't make it (or the very off-chance I'm able to snag media credentials).

I would think Peach and Fiesta are the only good bets, even then - they have a lot of tickets out there still available. You know the opponent in those games will be top notch and excited to get a shot at the Irish.

Aren't we pretty much locked in to one of those as long as we beat BC this weekend? Can't imagine losing to Stanford would drop us out of Fiesta/Peach consideration.

Seating Chart | Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl

All venues should have this, pretty sweet.

Update on Fiesta - lower endzones are priced at $150 and upper endzones at $85.

Pulled up a few articles that talk about how most teams eat their allotment of tickets - especially to non-premier bowls.

Think I will submit for playoffs and championship (duh) undecided on Peach/Fiesta as I think I would most likely end up with nose bleeds I could scalp for less.

That's what I did. Bowl games rarely sell out because the geography and short notice of who's actually playing in what game make travel difficult.

Don't even get me started on how awful it is for the fans to have the championship game in Phoenix of all places. The population center of college football fans is roughly Nashville.

Yeah, ND site said championship tickets mail out January 4th. Why the hell wouldn't they do e-tickets or at least have that as an option? Create an online method for these things because logistics are tough enough. Also make them more marketable on Stubhub and whatnot with easier transfer.

E-tickets are ugly. If I'm dropping $1,000+ on a pair of tickets, they better at least be sexy looking. The Shamrock ticket I ended up with is a boring Fenway-issued ticket and not the pretty ones the university sent out. Very disappointing.

If anyone has/knows of anyone with some OB tickets they’re looking to offload, I’m in the market for 4. Gonna go stub hub if I have to, but would love to avoid it!

Also - anyone familiar with Orange Bowl parking? I’m seeing yellow lot parking passes available, is that a hike from the stadium?
