Blood Moon

Did anyone stay up to see it last night? It was raining and too cloudy here to see anything.

Yes. Spring break here so my family saw it. Cloudy as well but we got some good shots with the moon enveloped by the moving clouds.

I don't know if I'm just immature or if I'm way too deep into A Song of Ice and Fire, but I can't read the term "blood moon" without flipping it in my head to "moon blood."

Stupid WNY... it was sunny, clear and warm for several days before last night.

Then BOOM... cold, rain and snow with complete overcast. I had it all planned out to drink cocktails on the roof with the ol' lady and watch it.

Instead... I did bills and went to sleep early.

No. I meant that we were able to see it through my telescope. I did not take any photos. Sorry. I am working on getting a setup to take photos through my telescopes but they are older models and I have to make a system to hook up to my iPhone or iPad.
