They let me out of the straight-jacket because it had been time for my monthly shower earlier that afternoon.

I apologize for my attempt at humor. When I read the urban dictionary definition of pizo, the fourth definition was that a pizo was completely down with momma jokes from another pizo. Sorry! I am sure you are right. But I can't remember the old days very well because of all that electric shock treatment!
