did anyone see the catch he made last night. He's turning into a pretty good receiver.

Too bad the kid didn't stay at QB.....I still maintain if he doesn't break his wrist against Nebraska early in that game we beat them in 2000.

that may have been true. in the long run though, I think he's turned out to be a very good receiver.

Too bad he's playing for the 49ers

whoa whoa whoa, hold up now...the 49ers are playing pretty good football, and look out because in the off season when we have some money to spend, and we have a good draft class...im just saying look out

he was #3 and i loved him at reciever for one particular trait he had, probably still has, that even some great recievers don't have. he always came back to the ball to secure a catch instead of waiting for it to come to him or continuing on the route he's on. so many times while watching ND games i get upset about a play unfairly when i think, "arnez would have caught that" on balls that didnt even get to the reciever (like the one in the endzone to rhema at USC that was batted down.

come on nayers. the 49ers don't have that many picks in the draft to address all them holes. They need to start over with that team.just like my packers

call me a "niner honk" but we will be able to address a lot of issues in the draft...i see us as being able to win the NFC west next year, (if not this year with the way veryone else is playing) Mike Nolan is the man and is oing a bang up job, there is no denying that...we had horrible problems with our salary cap and we are turning it around...2 wins 2 years ago, 4 last year, and 6 so far this year!!

I don't think our niners got that much to worry about man, we've shown spots of really good football so far this year. Our running game is awesome (usually), Alex Smith is coming along, had a coming of age against the seahawks last night, our defense is still spotty, but has played some really good games to go along with their really poor games, and we can fill some of those holes still. Our reciever are improving, but there's room for a big name.
Unlike the packers, we're mostly young, and i don't think we need to start over, just mature and add some more solid players, esp on defense. I definately think we are gonna have a shot to win the pathetic NFC west next year. It's cool to have some wins again! Of course, we did have pretty much all the 80's and 90's, so it's hard to complain too much :). Go Niners! (right after the Irish!)

I did take notice to him last night. That long catch that he laid out for was great. I also noticed he was running some great routes for Alex Smith expecially in the Red Zone. I would love to see this guy become a legit WR, I always did like him.
