That is the rumor. It sounds like he will take some visits but as of now the kid is all Irish. I guess Charlie Weis is doing a great job recruiting the state of Florida. Very interesting news if this happens. It would be a big time get for ND.

It isn't something that will come out in a day. Allen wants to take his visits and then make a decesion. But right now the kid really, really likes ND.

it is a believable story. it seems notre dame has recruited him really well. i remember hearin on power hour about how he wasnt really big in to the recruiting process and didnt do alot of press and how he respected notre dame for recruiting but giving him some space. it looks better and better for us with him. the crowded tailback situation in state certainly helps. if anything the last couple of weeks has taught us that nothing is true untill a kid signs a letter of intent. i hope we get this guy though, well everyone does.

People have been posting cryptic messages regarding Allen on other boards for weeks now. Things along the line of "we're in better shape than you thing" and so on.

It would make sense, if you look at the competition for him. There really isn't room at the Fl schools. UF is recruiting him, but they already have Rainey. FL is loaded with RB's this year as they were last year when Miami stocked up.

I don't know where this kid is going, but I decided after watching his film a few weeks back that he is the running back I want. He is just downright explosive and elusive. You want speed? There it is. I hope this rumor is correct.

This guy would be great to get. I hear quite a bit about him being down in south Florida. We need a big time blue-chipper at running back. It seems like the last time we truly had a game changer was the Rocket.

Not sure if this means anything, but on Allen's profile in Rivals there is a section titled "Notre Dame moving forward". You have to be a member to read the article, but it could definitely be promising.
