A torn hip flexor, especially of the psoas, is very difficult to diagnose and often missed for a very long time or never diagnosed at all.

His college career is done. He was invited to the combine last I checked. Unless there is something new on the wire.

My understanding goes with phork and Irish1958. Hip flexors on both sides that "old" injuries prehaps going back to HS. I'm not aware of bone disease. Google search didn't turn up a story on him with that condition.

I think I read something before the bowls that he was hoping to able to compete at the Combine but it was doubtful he would have time to get in competitive shape that quickly.
