I started thinking about this today and it occurred to me that maybe there is a reason other than wanting to have his senior memories that Te'o came back for his senior season. Wouldn't it be amazing if we won a BCS bowl or (yikes!) a NC after both Te'o and Eifert came back for another year? I feel Te'o is one of God's greatest creations and it would be such an amazingly awesome thing if Te'o won a NC his senior season! Talk about memories! Then he would know coming back was the absolute right thing to do!

And for those who can name this movie quote "I'm preparing for rain". Let's hope Kelly is preparing his fields for rain!

I find it hilarious how everyone hates on us for getting too excited when we start to play well, and then when we do we say "**** the haters!" and go wild regardless.

I love ND football season, but I feel almost afraid to get too excited. I'll wait another week before asking for a national championship.

I was lucky enough to been at the game last night....and I can honestly say I don't believe i've ever been to a game, especially on the road, where there was just something MAGIC in the air. I've been thinking about it all day, and I can't quite find the right words to describe the collective feeling that was on all the faces of my fellow ND fans i encountered there last night....

Anybody else there last night have similar feelings??? What a GREAT win!!!!

Let's see if you still say this when we lose to Michigan this weekend. Don't get excited just yet.....just sayin. I love this team and I love the fact that we are 3-0..........BUT I'm not sold just yet. But excited none the less.

NDOM is back! How was the hiking trip through the Appalachian Mountains?

There is something different...I feel the coaches have done a great job planning...the drop off in talent isnt glaring in years past which is why rotation is so great to keep fresh however this hasn't been here since Holtz....I felt soo uneasy watching the 1st two plays and then boom jitters gone and here comes the Irish....there is def more team mentality as seeing others excited for each other...

NDOM is back! How was the hiking trip through the Appalachian Mountains?

Going in spring of 2013 for SURE! Kinda broke my ankle this year so I couldn't make it. Guess that's what I get for getting MAJOR air on the snowboard halfpipe after I smoked half a pipe! LOL. Ankle is almost 100% now and I'm training and rehabing it still. Getting it strong.

Leaving April 1st 2013. That will be day 1 of my hike. Hopefully will reach the end by no later than late september.

I only wish. I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to see someone tackle him and throw him to the ground by those dreads. We need to start playing dirty like THAT!!!! I believe it's legal too cuz it's considered part of the uniform. So have at it boys.

I feel we have played very well and I'm extremely proud of the boys thus far. But, like some others, I don't want to get ahead of myself as far as this years expectations go.

Honestly, with a schedule like this I will be cautiously optimistic about this team, because every win will be that much sweeter and well-deserved, so ND will have EARNED everything they get this year...and hopefully that includes a good win over a good bowl team, as well.

I feel excited but I don't trust this team yet. Not because they are not talented but they do not have an off week. This week I feel as though we are better than them but we lost one our best players as well as playing Denard who is an Irish Killer we still could be 10 and 2 or 8 and 4 still

I'm in as far as this team being special. There is something amazing that can happen when human beings become focused on a goal and give themselves over to it. However, I'm not even talking about this team yet in terms of W's and L's. I just want to watch it unfold. But this team feels like a special team, regardless or W's and L's.
