There are alot of really good TE's in this class but Bowen is the only one that looks special though. I like Schott, McNamara and Braxton Rein as well. Jordan McKinley and Tre Oiler is intriguing. Still surprised they haven't offered Jevyn Severson.

But make no mistake #1 TE should without question should be Bowen, others might be slightly ahead of him skill wise at this point but athletically he's the one.

Visiting for the Michigan State game

Awesome high pointer of the football and has a great catch radius. Top of the board TE1 target for me in 2028. Pair him with a Jack McNamara or Theo Schott and they will have landed a quality 2-man class.

Got to get a TE like this every other class.

Viral on twitter due to a controversy of hitting in shells.

tbh all they are missing are knee pads, which a lot don’t wear anyways so I guess it’s not that odd. But can’t see ever seen that.

That was pro pads. They only had girdles on their legs (some didn’t). They’re missing all the pants pads (hip, tailbone, etc). Thats a big no no if you’re a coach who cares at all about the health of their players. I don’t know what the rules are in Illinois, but in IHSAA, you better have all your pads on in a game. I’ve done the chains for years at my kids high school. I’ve seen refs stop games multiple times for improper equipment, including players who didn’t have their knee pads covering their knees. This was pretty poor leadership by the adults (coaches) involved. As a parent of a high school player, I’d be pretty disappointed with the coaching staff in this situation.

Yeah overall that's pretty irresponsible by all the coaches involved in that scrimmage. If it's not a rule it should be. I have a hard time believing any state is allowing full contact before the month of August. Hell NFL teams aren't even hitting yet
