I’m sure Mike Frank will pronounce it correctly on Monday’s show. He’s a wordsmith when it comes to pronouncing names correctly. Listening to him try to pronounce Burress is like nails on a chalkboard. The dude’s father played in the NFL for a number of years and he still can’t get it right.
I brought this up earlier this week. It is mind blowing the way he says it. Plaxico played against ND multiple times and had a 10+ year career in the NFL. I do not understand

220 is generous and he played last year at like 190-195

As a sophomore he did. There is a video of himself last summer training with the caption of getting up to 225 before the season. Even if he was short on that goal, he was not 195.

We will see what he plays at his senior year. Either way, there should be zero concern of what weight he can carry on that frame. I don’t think he has the Bryce Young 260-270 frame but he should fit perfectly around that Traore 230-240 by the time he contributes.

If anything is holding him from being a 5*, it’s just how raw he is as a prospect. He’s only played football for a year or two so he’s not even scratching the surface yet.

It really seems like their gameplan was purely quick throws because they knew the QB wouldnt have time.

Prompted by this video and some recent whiffs on sacks/backfield tackles: is this happening more as guys try to avoid targeting penalties by (among other things) intentionally moving their center to one side or other of the target, and so failing to square up?
