that flag reminds me of the one Hinish didnt get against Miami.
Hughes must have a couple of seasons left after this as well.

Underrated portal grab by the staff. Not going to be an early draft pick but could be a solid starter next year. Still need another impact body or 2 there.

Looked like a horrible read by Sneed on that first play. Him and Shuler were in the same gap.
The whole play was weird. Their LT let Shuler run right by then proceeded to stand there and block nobody.

He is 6'3 300, not exactly small.

It's weird how much praise Freeman healed in Onye in preseason and then been a virtual no- show through 4 games.

Even last year he was making plays before stepping away. Hoping he shakes off the rust and turns it on.
I think thats what is surprising. Onye seemed like he was becoming productive when getting snaps last year. I think everybody was at least hopeful he would come back and break out. That hasn’t happened to this point, but he has shown he can be capable and disruptive at times. There is still a lot of season ahead for him to make an impact.

This feels like a 5th round draft pick who becomes and impact player. This was a Bowden find, right?

Onye's been OK but just OK. That's kind of been the problem with our whole DL. They're mostly just bodies out there. If a couple of them could turn into playmakers, that'd be a huge difference.

I think the interior in terms of stopping the run has been good enough. Rubio and Dawson in particular. Miami, Arkansas and A&M were 3 good OLs. Miami has one of the best inside run games in the country. Leveon Moss had something crazy like almost zero negative rushes in his career. Arkansas maybe the most dynamic run game in the country.

The issue has been pass rush.

I thought he played very well last weekend. You noticed him, for sure, and in positive ways.

He has 8 “Stops” per PFF. 5th on the team. Everyone above him has over 100 more snaps, Next DT is Rubio with 5.
