This is the type of guy that Scott Frost couldn't afford to lose out on and if he's worth his weight, he should double-back and get the bag man involved to keep him in-state.

Not directed at you, but has anyone actually watched him play football? I have in person. His speed on the track doesn’t show on the football field. He wasn’t that great of a player & not decisive enough as a LB with speed.
On the flip side, I also watched Watts in person (same HS) and he was faster in person on the field & explosive on both sides of the ball.

No offense taken. I don't remember watching his film so I'll say no. I'll take your word for it and be grateful we have the LBs currently signed, they all play football fast.
