Using the Draft Simulator from The Draft Network (DN) site, I drafted five rounds for the Dolphins (Rankings from Pro Football Focus' Big Board in parentheses):

5. Tua Tagovailoa, QB - Alabama (#3)

18. A.J. Epenesa, EDGE - Iowa (#14)

26 - Josh Jones, OT - Houston (#16)

39 - Cesar Ruiz, IOL - Michigan (#94) (DN ranks Ruiz as the best Interior OLman and 42nd/top 100)

56 - Clyde Edwards-Helaire, RB - LSU (DN 32/100)

70 - Cameron Dantzler, CB - Mississippi State (#29)

135 - Jeremy Chinn, S - Southern Illinois

144 - Tyler Johnson, WR - Minnesota

147 - Justin Strnad, LB - Wake Forest

Team needs were listed as: QB, EDGE, OT, IOL, RB, CB, S, LB, WR, TE

Tua can sit for a year behind Fitzpatrick who is a Free Agent next year. The only starter listed as a Free Agent is John Jenkins, LDE. Epenesa replaces him.

The OL gets some remake. They lose J'Marcus Webb, T and Evan Boehm, C to Free agency. Each started eight games.
Ruiz may be a reach but Dantzler is a steal in a deep CB class.

Miami ranked ninth in rushing offense (114 yds/gm) last year. But their top two RBs averaged 1.8 and 2.7 yds/carry. One started six games. The other started four games. So Edwards-Helaire, who is being ranked in the top four RBs in the draft, may well start.

Dolphins sites are comfortable with their two starters at both CB and WR. At WR, they have four viable options not including Ricardo Louis, who was injured last year and hasn't played since 2017. Albert Wilson, recent FA signee, is their fifth, but they can save $9.5 million against the cap by cutting him. Tyler Johnson will give them more depth there.

The Dolphins have the highest cap space - $89 million - in the NFL. So they can fill more holes with offseason signings.

Draft Network's Simulator is easy and gives profiles and analyses of players. Just click on "Start a mock draft".

I drafted for the lions. Only did 4 rounds.

3rd pick: Chase Young( probably won’t happen but if it does I’ll freak out)

35th pick: Justin Jefferson( Hell ya)

67th pick: Bryce Hall

99th pick: Ben Bredeson( makes me wanna puke just thinking of taking him)

If this is the draft that lions get I would be so ecstatic it’s not even funny

The Dolphins have been the most active team in free agency so far, signing ten players, spending $235 million, and filling a number of holes. (Detroit with nine, and Cleveland with eight are not far behind). The defense has gotten a makeover. Byron Jones takes Jalen Ramsey's place and teams with Xavien Howard. Kyle Van Noy fills in a LB need. DE Shaq Lawson, and guard Ereck Flowers. They still have $37 million (4th) in cap space to spend, if they wish. (FA Signing Link) (Cap Space link)

In free agency, Miami signed starters at CB, DE, G, C, LB x 2, and RB. The Dolphins also are in a dominant position for the draft with three picks in the first round, six total in the first seventy picks and a total of fourteen. They have plenty of draft capital to move up for selections.

Here's my draft simulation for the Dolphins:
5. Tua Tagavailoa, QB - Fitzpatrick may start right away but their franchise QB.

18. Josh Jones, LOT - Miami had the worst OL last year. Jones held his own in the Senior Bowl and has a high ceiling.

26. Grant Delpit, S - Either the first or second ranked S this year

39. D'Andre Swift, RB - everything the Dolphins could want in a RB to team with Jordan Howard to improve the worst rushing team in 2019.

56. Donovan Peoples-Jones, WR - Another weapon for Tua. He'll thrive with a good QB

70. Nick Harris, G/C - FA signings, Ted Karris, C/G, and Ereck Flowers, G with the drafting of Josh Jones will improve the OL a long way, but Harris has positional flexibility. He can be the C with Karris moving back to G where he started so many games for NE.

141 - Alton Robinson, EDGE - adds pass rush

153 - Josiah Deguara, TE - TE2

154 - Quintez Cephus, WR - Underrated. In any other offense than Wisconsin's....

173 - Antoine Brooks Jr., S - could be a nickleback

185 - Trey Adams, OT - injuries aside he has all the size and tools

227 - Davion Taylor, LB - depth at LB, best at weakside, raw

246 - T.J. Brunson, LB - three year starter at S. Carolina. Physical.

251 - Rodrigo Blankenship, K - top Kicker

13 days away from the draft. I'm ready for it as the last three weeks have sucked.

Pittsburgh Steelers, 7 round mock

Round 1: All Pro Safety, Minkah Fitzpatrick

Round 2: Michael Pittman Jr, WR USC

I've done my research on this one since I have nothing else to do. With the evaluation period for teams being shortened, they will have to rely on other sources to get player info. They'll be able to rely on Lynn Swann. They get a big bodied receiver to go along with fellow Trojan JuJu Smith and Diontae Johnson.

Round 3: Tyler Biadasz, G Wisconsin

One of the best o-lineman in college football. He'll have a chance to play immediately after the retirement of Ramon Foster.

Round 4: Brandon Jones, S Texas

A smart, playmaking safety? Yes please. Pittsburgh doesn't have really any game experience besides the starting safeties. Jones could have a clear path to the #3 safety and a lot of snaps.

Round 4: Bravvion Roy, DT Baylor

They let Javon Hargrave walk and he became on of the highest paid DTs in Philadelphia. Roy can come in and contribute right away.

Round 6: Binjimen Victor, WR Ohio State

They double dip into the receiver pool. Pittsburgh loves their Big 10 players, particularly from Ohio State. Victor will bring competition for the guys like James Washington and Ryan Switzer. They don't have a lot of size in the receiver group; Pittman and Victor brings a lot of that.

Round 7: Derek Tuszka, OLB NDSU

Probably one of the best small school pass rushers in the draft. Can't have enough of that in today's NFL.

In the PFF Simulator, you can trade and it gives you grades for each choice as well as the trades. For Detroit I traded twice.

I traded with Miami who moved up to #3. In return, I received Miami's 5, 18, 26, and 56. Grade 95.4. "You win this trade 79% of the time". Trades can be rejected.

I traded the #18 pick to Jacksonville with my #149 for Jax's 20, 42, 73.
Grade 83.6. "You win this trade 69% of the time"

Miami accepted the first trade offer. Jax reject my first one, so I threw in #149.

Final picks - 5, 20, 26, 35, 42, 56, 67, 73, 85, 109, 166 in a five round draft. Also Lions have 183 and 236.

73. Willie Gay, Jr, LB
