Didn't see a thread yet for this so I created one. This is by far and away my favorite tournament of the year and I'm sure I'm not the only one. I think that a Tiger/Rory final group on Sunday would be amazing theater. I said before I believe this is the year Tiger wins again, but we shall see now that everyone is saying he's back and the pressure is mounting. Going to be a great tournament regardless and hopefully fun to watch.

I'm a Tiger fan. But if not him, I'd be happy to see Fowler wearing the green or seeing Bubba win it again.

Tiger. But if he doesn't, then I'm a big fan of Rory, Rickie, Bubba, Graeme, Ian, and Furyk. Any of those guys win and I'm cool w/ that.

If I was to place a few bets I like:

Graeme McDowell at 40/1
Brandt Snedeker at 30/1 (played Augusta growing up)
Keegan Bradley at 25/1
Lee Westwood at 25/1 (always in the mix)

I can agree with this but I'd substitute Keegan for Ian. Not a fan of his. Especially after ripping the United States heart out at the Ryder Cup.

I always pull for my man Tiger, but I like all these guys except Poulter. Huge tool IMO.

I have class all day and I'm trying to stream in class. Not efficient.

I wouldn't mind at all seeing Furyk take it down, but he's just too inefficient down the stretch. I haven't really seen him hold it together enough to believe that on Sunday he can get the jacket.

Had our Master's draft last night. We do it for all the Major's. $5, you pick a number for draft order and draft 4 players for your team. Lowest team total wins the money.

My team: Mickelson, Mahan, Coelsarts, Ryan Moore.

Was the second pick. For Mahan to still be available after 20'ish picks was a steal for me.

Ryan Moore is the wildcard. Need him to just play well. Not be in contention, but just be under par and I think I'll have a pretty good shot.

So if one of your guys doesn't make the cut you are basically screwed?

You double their score.

It's really not as bad as it sounds as long as you only have one guy miss the cut. You can still be in it if 2 of your guys are in contention. Nearly everyone has a guy that doesn't make it.

Acutally, a few years ago for the US open, it was actually a blessing to miss the cut in some cases. The weekend conditions were terrible, and players that were -1/-2 under finished +7/+8. While, the guy that missed the cut at +3 finished at +6.

It's not a perfect system, but it's a group of pretty close friends, so we're not real picky.

Great round for Rickie. Sergio playing great as well. But we all know how that ends up.

My favorite golfer as a kid was Fred Couples. Still root for him, and he always does well at Augusta. I'll be pulling for him, and he is on the first slide of the leaderboard.

I also love how Rickie played today, and Tiger did just enough.

I'd love to see Freddy make a big push through the weekend as well, but I just don't think he has the stamina anymore.

Still boggles my mind that people root for that piece of scum Tiger. He's a temper tantrum throwing, woman disrespecting douche. I hope he misses the cut. I don't care if he's great. He's a jackass. Go Sergio.

Another thing. I absolutely hate it when people use the "he's great for the game" argument. Since when do people care about the betterment of golf? Nobody cheered when Nash and Howard went to LA even though its good for basketball when the Lakers are good. Nobody cares that right now there are four guys in tennis who can win all four Grand Slams this year. I get why people like Tiger, I really do. But I could not agree with the reasoning any less.

For the record, I'm not necessarily talking about the infidelity stuff. Most pro golfers probably do that. I can't stand the tantrums and attitude he exhibits on the course.

I mean that is kind of how he is. You love him or you hate him. He's polarizing. Notre Dame football is similar in many respects. I can't argue with how you feel towards him, it's obviously your opinion and you are 100% entitled to it.

Whether or not some people believe he is good for the game, it is absolutely, and objectively, true. He brings money, sponsors, and viewership to the game. Just look at the ratings on Sundays when he is playing. There is empirical evidence to show that he brings viewership and people to the game of golf. This brings sponsorship, which signficantly adds to the purses at each tournament. It is better for every golfer when Tiger is playing and when he is good.

I bet 99.9% of people on tour are very happy he plays. He makes a lot of average players a lot of money. Phil is just as big of an *******s as Tiger is, except he covers it up with that **** eating grin of his.

I've gotta say, you said a couple of incredibly stupid remarks.
1. You hate Tiger for his actions on the course, yet love Sergio, even though he has a worse temper(ie. spitting in the hole a couple years ago during a tourney.)
2. Tiger IS good for golf. Go look at the number of golfers, especially young ones, who took up the game of Golf after watching Tiger start. Not to mention how it has helped spread it even more across the Globe. Without Tiger, you probably wouldn't have the chance to see Tianlang Guan become the youngest Masters participant ever.
3. Plenty of people care about the betterment of Golf. Those who truly care about the sport do.
