He still isn't 100% from his injury. Will not be running at the combine. Plans to run his 40 at ND's Pro Day April 7th.

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Notre Dame senior running back Armando Allen's college career appears to be over.

Allen had surgery to repair a hip flexor Thursday morning in Tennessee, coach Brian Kelly said at his news conference later in the day. Recovery from the first of what appears to be two necessary operations is expected to take between "three and four months."

"[Allen] had only one of the hips repaired," Kelly said during his only meeting with reporters during the Irish's bye week. "He's going to have to have another one. There was a lot of things in there that showed that maybe this was an injury he's had for many, many years."
