Pendleton Heights (Ind.) wide receiver Eli Pancol (6-4, 185 pounds) has had a good end to the month of January as he received his first two Big Ten offers, first Indiana, then Iowa.

"Getting an offer from Indiana schools, in general, is awesome because I love where I come from and I love my state showing me love," Pancol said. "Indiana is an amazing school and I really enjoy everything they’re about."

On Tuesday, Iowa offered and wide receivers coach Kelton Copeland has been in contact.

"Just getting to know Coach Copeland has been really really nice," Pancol said. "He’s a great guy and I’m going up to Iowa soon and I'll get more of a feel for them, but so far I really like what I’ve heard from them."

Both schools are part of Pancol's plans for the coming months.

"I’m going to visit Iowa, hopefully Purdue, Northwestern, and Indiana soon," he said, "and I know I’m going down to visit Duke as well."

Northwestern and Duke along with Missouri, Toledo, Bowling Green and Ball State are some of the other schools Pancol says he is hearing from.

Ball State, Bowling Green, Indiana State and Cincinnati have also offered.

Just read in a piece on Donovan Greene's decommitment that Wiltfong thinks Pancol was one of the biggest steals of this class.

ND will be a player here if they wanna be.
