Visited last season for the Va Tech game.

Brenden says he's visiting for Jr Day. Mentioned in a Scout article by Steve Hare that Dad likes ND.

Midwest tight end eyes junior day - Notre Dame - Scout

A teammate of Aeneas Hawkins, same school as Elijah Taylor. Brother is currently a TE at Cincinnati, Dad was a TE also.

Used as a flex TE / WR last year with 2017's 4 star, MSU commit Matt Dotson the starting inline TE. Had 15 rec ... 225 yd ... 1 TD.

ND loses two TE's this year so in a small class there will be at least one even after the '17 haul of Wright & Kmet.


*There's a lot of talent at TE this year that could be in ND's wheelhouse. PSU has 2 of the Top 10 and leads for a third. One will come back on the market. Hopefully it's Pat Freiermuth. ND should offer him ASAP.

I think ND whiffs on all it's Tier 1 TE's. I think Ruckert sticks with his OSU path.

That opens up Tier 2 TE's Bates, George Takacs & hopefully Luke Ford.
