He went to Texas State. Doesn't that say something?

Well you could look at that two ways I suppose. One that Kelly and the staff completely over evaluated originally and Texas st. was the only place he had a commutable offer to him when we "dropped" him or two that he couldn't qualify anywhere else besides texas st. My only problem with the second one is that we've seen schools better athletically like UNC with McKinney take academically questionable recruits so why did he go from Notre Dame to lowly Texas St? But yes I do agree that the latter scenario is far more likely.
