I did a search, and I didn't see a thread with this kid yet. Mods feel free nuke it if you guys already have a thread on him. I watched this kid play against Rushel Shell last year and he was a stud. Rivals show him with an offer from ND...Scout shows that he doesn't have an offer from ND...Any of you know wich one is right? Looks like he will probably be a 5 star kid when it's all said and done. He went to Central Valley in Pittsburgh.

First glance, I thought his name was Robert Frost. That would have been awesome.

He is without a doubt the best WR in the class. He's got it all, power, speed, quickness and size.

He should be great....He had one of the best sophmore seasons in the history of the wpial. Someone should put up a youtube video of him. I would, but still haven't figured that out.

I can't imagine him staying in Pittsburgh, or going to Penn St. Just don't want him to pull a Pryor and go to O$U.

Found this in an article...He did this against my high school (New Castle)

"Last year in a game against New Castle (New Castle, Pa.), Foster was punting from deep in his own end. The snap went over his head and bounced through the end zone. But Foster managed to stop the ball just inches from the back of the end zone. With his heels nearly touching the end line, Foster picked up the ball, surveyed the field in front of him, and then he took off. He returned the ball to the 40-yard line, giving his team a first down."

I'll put together a thread for him in the '13 prospects.
