Per II, he was previously a recruit of BK's when he was still at UC and Alford has reached out to him, but no offer has been made yet. He is excited at the prospect of visiting Notre Dame if given the opportunity.

Pretty decent 40 time... Holy cow, kid needs to put on some weight though! Obviously that's a lot easier to fix than the speed factor, however. I wonder why Scout has him as only a one star. Anybody know specifics on him?

I'll hazard a guess Scout hasn't evaluated/followed him. The HT, WT, and 40 they list is the same data from a 2008 Combine. His height is listed on the Scout, Rivals, and ESPN as 5-10, 5-10.5, and 5-11, all of which can be 5-10.5 rounded down or rounded up. His weight ranges from 154 to 170.

He's got a 3.7 GPA and a VU offer so it's likely he won't have problems with ND Admissions.

He doesn't have any official visits listed to date.

Why? Because he may not be all that appropriate on a social networking site? Get a grip dude, if he can play here and has the grades than that's fine by me. It's Myspace, let's be real here if that's going to affect your stance on a recruit than I really don't know what to say.

I don't get it. The only thing I see on his myspace page is that he has dreads and a few quotes from rap songs. I'm all for bringing this kid in if they feel like he's a good football player and a good student(3.7 GPA).

Per an ISD article, his coach noted that he had been contacted by ND and he saw alot of upside to Dionte, noting that he was a very raw player with a high 3.6 GPA. He also said that depending on the people he has surrounding him that he could be a big upside kind of player with alot of potential. ND has not yet offered him yet.
