there were many epl reps on that ireland team, from what i recall. maybe their debut, but as far as experience playing top flight football, much better than good ole usa. but i get your point and others saying "B" team. to me, they looked far from a "B" team. probably one of the most fun...

the "B" team moniker seemed overblown to me. but i only saw the 2nd half. and ireland looked good in attack, with speed and workrate. fun to watch. wonder if kevin mcgreskin's development approach is coming to fruition. as for arsenal, wenger needs to go.
