We are driving up Wednesday, coming home on Sunday. Bookstore, Grata, Bugles in Main, Mass, the pipers, pep rally, library, statues, trophy room, and at least one Irish pub over 3 days, oh yeah, and a little game in the middle. Are we missing anything in our typical schedule?

I admit, when this hire was made I was completely dumbfounded. Never heard of him. I fully assumed that the late window to find a replacement limited our options.

I expect 31-21 nd win. We use a talent gap to win a game we lead most the way, but never feel like we can completely close the door on them.

I hate to say it, but now, with 8 quarters of game time I think we need to accept the ceiling on this team is 8-4. I can’t sit here and say I feel comfortable expecting them to beat Arkansas, USC, and I’m not totally sure they won’t wiff on one of the (Pitt, Cuse, Boise State) games.

That was some ugly offense in the second quarter. It almost made me forget our problems on defense…….almost.

This defense actually has me laughing. The NiL money from Sharman is going to be sweet.

Tough fought game, oline is better, but not great. Their QB aggravates us one too many times. A lot of field goals. ND 16 - Aggies 20 Board goes in to total meltdown, calls for mass firing and trashes recruiting.

My son’s first (and 2nd) game was in Ames. They were hosting TCU and a WR toad gave my son his hand bands as he walked by at the end of the game. Still not sure he isn’t going to end up going to school there, always been one of his teams.

I don’t really know this Dave guy enough to make a call. I’ve never listened to his podcast or whatever the hell it is. Seemed a bit lost in Ames yesterday.
