Assume On3 adds additional weight to "elite" recruits as 247 does. In their model, getting a 98 overall and a 88 overall is better than getting two 93s overall. Not really sure I agree, but its the reason our overall class rank is always below our avg recruit rank, bc we (typically) whiff on 5...
