    2023 Fall Camp

I didn't either. Big fan of Gobaira. I think he's going to have his moments this year.

    2023 Fall Camp

At the risk of being that guy, I brought this up a long time ago when he first visited campus. He was much longer and lean than I think folks expected. Now, I don’t think he’ll stay at Vyper, long term. But it seems like he’s going to be an “edge” player regardless.

    2023 Fall Camp

Stuckey said that Tyree was fairly natural at WR. I felt by the end of Spring Tyree it was pretty apparent to be the case.

    2023 Fall Camp

I like most of that. I think Ford was getting too big too fast. We saw Khalid Kareem kind of go through that and come back better. I actually like Traore at 237. I want him lean and on the edge. He’ll be needed there. He’ll be 245+ by next Fall Camp. Mukam at 280 seems fake but that’s...

Gerad Parker - Troy Head Coach :)

FWIW, my comment was in jest. I have high but reasonable expectations for one of the ACC’s all-time passing leaders.

Gerad Parker - Troy Head Coach :)

Hartman doesn’t do 3 and outs

Gerad Parker - Troy Head Coach :)

So, do the creative names get more complimentary if he does well early on? And vice versa if he does not? Can't wait to find out.

'24 VA LB Bodie Kahoun (Notre Dame Signee)

They compared Bodie to Bertrand very early on in his recruitment and I think it's a great comparison. Bertrand plays faster than he may run and Bodie plays very fast on film. The difference being Bodie is bigger. Which could make a difference. But, if the floor of the room are bigger...

    General team info

On Schrauth, I believe it. In one of the workout videos ND put out. He was shown in a brief clip and he looked absolutely massive. If he has kept his athleticism, he's gotta be a good bet for future early round draft pick.

Matt Balis Resigns as Notre Dame Director of Football Performance

Wow, huge bummer. Coach Balis has been an integral part of the program, of late. Wish him the best.

But, it should also be stressed that the future of the interior DL does not rest on Rubio's shoulders alone There is a good combination of size, experience, and young talent. Good coaches make that work with one Spring Camp and Two Fall camps to go.

'24 CA LB Kyngstonn Viliamu-Asa (Notre Dame Signee)

Well, he would have two seasons to take a step forward. Same goes for Onye and Ford. So, no. For my take to work I don't need a singular player to make a huge leap in one season. I need a couple/few guys from a large group to make consistent progress over two seasons. If you’re betting on a...

Gerad Parker - Troy Head Coach :)

At the time Rees was hired as OC. Oregon flew him in to interview for their OC job. Now, no chance he was getting that. But, Parker was not getting any calls from major P5 programs this off-season. As we still see to this day. Rees is very well respected in the profession. BK hired Rees...

Cross, basically, already confirmed he’s coming back. Cross, Onye, and Rubio would be 3 guys that will have, likely, by that time starter level experience. Ford is a former top 100-150 prospect. Who will be a Junior. Donovan Hinish has shown flashes that he could be part of 10 DL rotation at...
