It’s not a terrible idea. We’ve now lost a few coaches to lateral moves to “bigger programs”. Might be better off embracing the “mid table” (to borrow a soccer reference) role and look for talent in other places.

It’s why there’s no point in having high expectations with this program.

You would hope. I’m just not sure Freeman is cutthroat enough to get rid of Parker at the end of the year. Can’t imagine it happens mid season.

Guy looks the part and could be a great CEO type coach but those tend to be only as successful as how good their assistant coaches are.

Sad part is, last year was the perfect time to get a good OC. You had a defensive minded head coach who was was early in his tenure. You had stability and autonomy to sell. Really blew it.

Well, from a coaching perspective, we seem to have downgraded with all three positions. I’d also assume we’d have a better record.

He’s just doing a schtick, “everyone made fun of my boy Tommy so now I’m going to make fun of Parker”
