He technically can. Last year was his first medical year. This would be theoretically year 2. So he'd be eligible. 2020 doesn't factor in at all since the COVID year was a freebie for everyone. That said, I would be beyond shocked if he came back.

Shockingly, I think he can. 2020 was a free year for everybody and if he only plays in 4 regular season games, he'd be eligible for another year since that would be a medical redshirt Granted, I'd be surprised if he did.

Out for 4 months, pectoral injury per ISD.

That's pretty sad if the family really thinks that. I mean, okay, ND isn't for everybody, but I'd want my kid to know that I think he can get work done at one of the best schools in the country.

Yes. Hola is a nose. Personally, I think Vallejo can play either spot, so I'd have loved to have all three. But most sites have him slated as a 3T. Same with Golden.

By multiple accounts, both of them are projected to play 3T.

The way some people are writing, it makes it seem like the chances for Golden are just based on hope. I read ISD, they make it sound more like ND is in a great spot to land him. So not sure where this narrative that he's closer to a pipe dream came from.

I have yet to see a ND site be "negative" about their chances for Vallejo. I expect him to pick ND tomorrow. But he's kept things very close to the vest. I also think Hola is in his ear quite a bit. Putting a number on it, I'd say 70/30 ND. Whatever EJ is saying means jack.

This one made long-shots look like a glorified layup on a kiddie hoop. We'll see what happens in Dec. USC is on pace to lose quite a few of who they have. The Bowden special is very likely to come about.

    Chicago White Sox... The thread.

I have zero knowledge of how these things work, but I have to imagine that Isbhia is going to have a decent amount of pull in how the organization is run even prior to 2029. Jerry needs to do everything to make sure this transition is seamless and to quell any doubts that Isbhia might have. It's...

Yeah, not sure if Venable is a good skipper or not, but they're playing progressively better ball. They've gone from utterly abysmal to just mildly below respectable.

The nightmare may finally be coming to an end.

I think Hinish maxed out at just a shade under 300. But he was also about 6'1, so he wasn't ever going to get much bigger than 300, and even that was pushing it. Hola apparently is already at or larger than 300.

It changed long before Bowden left.

Nothing really ground breaking. They did seem to point out that ND is in the mix for a lot of potential interior guys, while Michigan is still working on landing their first in the class. For me, this is a good sign for ND. Vallejo seems to want to nab his spot while it's still there. The only...

On3 Texas guy. I'm not putting much stock in that. Not to say this isn't something to monitor, but a biased prospective is just that. The constant remains that ND has been in the drivers seat here.

    USC recruiting and everything else

The irony that USC is turning on Lincoln Riley for the same mindset that put him in USC to begin with. He left Oklahoma because he didn't want the SEC smoke. Now he's trying to duck out of the ND rivalry because he doesn't want THAT smoke.
