Me too. I like to play the actual game before I jump into online, same with CoD. Usually that puts me severely behind because of all the upgrades and familiarity people have when I finally jump in.

Yep. How does it get implemented? Are there fines/penalties? Is the government going to cover the difference in cost? EOs are all bull, but Congress has been too chicken shit to actually come together and pass legislation for the last couple decades.

We don't outright "cut," but we do tell guys to look for a new home or we put them on a medical so they can finish the year/degree and then transfer out. We've seen guys on medical at ND transfer then play at the new home.

Oh youth sports in general are screwed here in the US. Pay for play, richest kids, wealthy benefactors paying the way, MY KID MUST BE ON THE BEST TEAM OR ELSE, and more is why we do not have proper youth skill development in any sport, let alone soccer errrr football.
