Here's the difference: Washington might build Deboer a statue for getting Washington to the CFP. At Bama, they will be on his front lawn with tiki torches and pitchforks if he doesn't have top 5 recruiting classes and 11-12 wins every year. That's culture.

I think that would bankrupt the state of Alabama. Kelly is at $9.5 million. Bama would have to give him a nice bump then pay the buyout. Plus, those 2 jobs are basically the same in terms of local talent, resources, history, conference, prestige, etc.
