There were a solid number of big plays that we missed because of Pyne’s limitations in arm strength and decision making. Rees is an above average OC with plenty of room to grow. ND could do much worse then him.

You take Hartman and you don’t look back. Just as you take Card or Pratt and you don’t look back. Every QB in the portal comes with flaws. A QB room of Hartman/Buchner/Angeli/Minchey is solid.

If a QB is scared to compete against Buchner and Angeli for the starting job, probably not the right mentality to begin with.
