Joseph is going to have some undoubtedly annoying scrambles against us. He can scoot.
That being said, he has been under 60% completion percentage both years as a starter.
As with previous years, If you check the recent follows for our recruiting staff / assistants on X you’ll find some names we’re likely targeting. Here’s some that have multiple staff follows which would seem to indicate they are a priority, outside of the Wake DT, Marsh, and the ISU CB:
Brody...
Without seemingly putting too much into it. Not sure if he has CJ Carr arm talent but it’s closer than I thought. Also has much more room to fill out his frame.
50+ in the bucket. What a throw. Arm strength was my number one concern and if he’s already hitting those half way through his junior year he’ll be more than fine.
ND has moved quietly the last several cycles and locked up several big name guys seemingly out of the blue. Considering they just pulled a NFL DL Coach, I’m not expecting anything different.
He’s a bit of an outlier but Cooper DeJean on my Eagles has been incredibly impactful at NB. Great in run support from there and still twitchy enough to cover slots. He’s going to get paid like a CB1 as he should.
I think it’s really impossible to know how good TT actually is because they never played a similarity talented team until the playoff and got waxed.
My current tiers would be:
1 - IU, OSU
2- Oregon, ND, Miami
3 - UGA, TT, Ole Miss, A&M
Kiffin did a remarkable job getting bodies on the DL, even if they don’t have 11 that can compare to the top dogs, they have pass rushers and gap fillers that make a difference.
