I felt the same way, had the same questions. I think it's as simple as that hes probably the backup that gives them the best chance of getting to half a hundred.
You simply cannot imagine Marcus Freeman stomping around a South Bend 7-11 at 1am, screaming at a hot dog machine "everything in this town is trying to FUCK ME!!!"
