You do realize this is how it works regularly. They just interviewed a guy with no power conf coaching experience to satisfy the rule and immediately hired a guy the day after he lost without an in person interview.

Yeah I understand the mobility part but the significance of that for an OL vs say Love can't be worth the difference of added support/protection. He's rolled it frequently down the stretch. While the extra rest was a benefit it still is very susceptible. I hope it's on come game time.
