If I'm Schwartz I don't blame him. If he has aspirations of being a head coach IMO he deserved his shot there after what he's done for them defensively the past few years. If I'm Buffalo I'd get on the phone right away and get him on board.

Poaching Mickens to USC would've been a great move for them. Top of the line recruiter and talent developer and honestly, they couldn't be much worse on defense the past few years so giving him a shot as a first time play caller wouldn't be a bad move.
