I guess, but I think playing in games and getting hurt is more acceptable of a risk in a way then getting hurt in a glorified practice. Just my opinion

He translates to D1 by having arm talent which it appears from the highlight tape he has. We wouldn't need him to come in and play right away. He'll have at least a year where he can sit and develop fundamentally

Maybe I'm wrong, but IMO recruiting season doesn't totally start until the Jr days and spring ball commence. If we're losing ground after a kid visits then i'll take it seriously. It's February so I'm not hitting the panic button on anybody yet.
