It's ranked differently by different systems. Which one has them 100th? Per Sagarin, for example, IU has the 76th schedule and Notre Dame has the 66th.

I think ND can pass them if they thump USC. It will be a common opponent, with both games @USC. Penn State only won by a field goal in overtime.

Except PSU, strangely PSU’s best win is @USC in overtime. Perhaps ND has a chance to surpass that performance and pass up PSU when they visit at the end of the year.

Sagarin (the only ratings system I bother with any more due to paywalls, etc.) ranks BYU 19th overall and Kansas 28th. Plus, both BYU and Utah seem positioned to lay complete eggs this weekend after they game they had on Saturday.
