It's still on. They show it multiple times on ESPN2, usually starting at 1 a.m. EST, and then later on ESPN around 3 a.m. ESPNU also shows it.

I don't know, but Brice did provide a lot more details regarding the process, so it's worth a listen if you want to get a better idea of how the committee operates.
