I never want to see anyone lose a job but Ballard may be my exception, the guy acts like some accomplished GM and the reality is he’s been below average his entire tenure with the colts. Irsay is more than likely going to let his contract run out at the end of the season and move on. He’s been GM for 10 years and this absolutely is one of his top 3 worst rosters

Both Ballard and Steichen need to be gone, but you're right. She'll let the season run its course before letting him go.

The offense has a little juice, RTDB.
The defense is absolutely abysmal.
Shane is a vag. That OT play calling and decision making was fireable. Playing for a tie against the Chiefs when your defense hasn’t proven they could stop Mac Jr’s K-1 flag team is certainly a choice. Play to win the game. Period.
7-10 at best.
They need to fire everyone, hire Jesse Minter as the HC, and bring over one Thom Rees as OC.

I have no idea what Shane was thinking after that long pass down the field in overtime. You can not settle for a field goal in that scenario and leave time on the clock. I would have rather he went for it on 4th and 8, that would have atleast shown he was playing to win

I kept my eye on him. He had a really good game.

He calls a terrible game. Likes to use the same formation over and over. After that big completion the Chiefs knew a run was coming. Perfect time for play action.
