And on the slim chance it passes the Senate, it needs to pass the House.

Oh, yeah, and there is a govt shut down looming on 30SEP, if that isn't rectified.

FYI, the House will adjourn mid-September, meaning the earliest this bill could be heard there is mid-November...if it passes the Senate when they get back.
