For me personally that I've been to:

1. Pitt 2012 (wildest swing of emotions I have ever experienced)
2. IU 2024 (Love's run is engrained in my memory)
3. Michigan 2018 (they played a video showing previous false starts caused by the crowd, and the stadium went bananas, loudest I've ever heard it)
4. USC 2025 (the vitriol expressed by the crowd toward USC fans and players was something I had never seen at ND, loved it)
5. TAMU 2025 and Georgia 2017 (great atmospheres, but memorable for the wrong reasons)

1. Stanford 2012 Found my way onto the field after the goal line stand. High-fived Zeke Motta who looked confused after the fact.
2. West Virginia 97? First game I went to with my dad.
3. Stanford 2016 Almost got into a fight with one Zaire’s family members.
4. USC 05
5. USC 11 First night game in many years. Got verbally abused by USC fans and I somehow wound up in the stadiums “detention center”.

88 Miami and 93 FSU are obvious ones.

1988 vs Michigan. 1990 vs Miami, which was the end of the series at the time.

I'll leave it to games I've attended.

2012 Stanford was hard to beat.
1998 Michigan. I was a student. They were defending national champs. What a day.
2024 Indiana was just an incredible atmosphere; I went with my dad and my teenage son and a bunch of my college buddies.
1992 Snow Bowl. I was just a kid but what a game.
And yeah in retrospect the 1997 West Virginia game was sneaky nuts, and it got us bowl eligible so we stormed the field.

FSU 1993. Best game of any sport I ever attended.

PSU ‘92 was just behind that.

Utah 2010. We sucked so thought we’d get shellacked but Blanton punt block was electric and really felt like it launched the team and they just flew the whole game.

Utah 2010 is such an underrated pull. Kind of crappy weather mid/late November, felt like most of the blue hairs packed it in and sold their tickets, crowd was pretty rowdy.

No particular order:
-Stanford 2012
-USC 2017
-MSU 2009 (first game at ND stadium, Tate—>Band live is seared into memory for life)
-IU 2024

Fifth is hard to peg. Several from 2012 were fun/exciting. Some good games over rivals (MSU ‘11, UM ‘14 and ‘18), Texas 2015 was incredible, too.

That was such a huge game at the time. First time we'd shown a pulse in years. Set up that season to end on a good run and a sign of things to come.

That game turned it around for Kelly and Diaco. It was coming off a bye week after the embarrassing Navy and Tulsa losses. They beat Army, SC in LA and Miami in the Sun Bowl to finish out the season. Our first born came on December 15th of that year between the SC and Miami games.

Good stretch to finish out Kelly's first season.
