Love Whistenton but Spell is a monster RB. Any particular reason you're going that far out on a limb or just personal preference?
Just as good on film (if not more impressive) vs much better competition, quicker feet, a little more quick twitch, faster, more NFL prototype package if he can catch the ball out of the backfield.

You're probably right re: better competition. But just because Waco Midway is 6A doesn't mean they're playing the best teams in the state of Texas. Central TX/Waco area public schools are nowhere near as good as the DFW and Houston area schools.

I've heard/read that his competition is good even for 6A, but I have to defer to you on this. It would make sense that DFW and Houston competition is the best in the state.

edit: (from AI) Waco Midway plays in Texas UIL Class 6A (Region II, District 12), which offers highly competitive Central Texas football. While it is no longer grouped in the brutal Austin-area "District of Doom", District 12-6A features tough, physical opponents. Waco Midway faces a significantly higher caliber of competition than McKeesport Area High School due to regional classification differences and the sheer scale of Texas high school football

Good call.

I'm splitting hairs here. The competition he faces is still probably better than 75% of the country.

Probably a lot more than 75% of the country.
Yeah I was being conservative- it's probably even higher than that. Here's what's better IMO (pretty short list):

1. DFW area
2. Houston area
3. Austin area
4. South Florida
5. Southern California
6. Louisiana
7. Georgia
8. Ohio?
9. Western PA?
10. New Jersey?
11. DMV?
12. Carolinas?
