I must be taking crazy pills. Everything I said is 100% correct and you literally provided the evidence. You’re actually the one with made up stupidity and lashing because I dare spoke against your precious former head coach
FFS, who are you mad at??? Saban didn't keep ND out of the playoffs. Bama didn't keep ND out of the playoffs. I didn't keep ND out of the playoffs. The committee kept ND out. This all started because somebody said something idiotic about Saban being butthurt because one of his former players said ND should've gotten in. I pointed out that Saban himself said ND should've gotten in. You denied that and said I made it up, I posted links from SI, The NYT, and Newsweek showing he most certainly did, and you're STILL bitching. JFC bro, get a grip. You were wrong. Period. Let it go.

What an idiotic thing to say. Saban himself said ND should've been in over Bama.
Love you long time, my little white-sauce consuming brother, but you moved the goalposts.

Your original contention is that Saban DEFINITELY said ND should have gotten in over Alabama. He never said that. You realized that. Then you posted articles where Saban did, in fact, state Notre Dame should have gotten in…but never with that key modifier of, “over Alabama.”

Case dismissed. Dale wins.

I will readily agree that he didn't specifically say ND over Bama. If I claimed that or implied it, I was wrong. Never my intent. I did specifically say that he seemed to believe the problem was two G5 teams was why ND got left out. My main point, and what started this who thing, was that Saban was not upset at Harris for saying ND should've been in since he himself said so multiple times.

Legitimately thinking you didn’t read a single thing I said. Log off and read it again tomorrow.

Said it before but unless the NCAA/Congress/whoever get NIL regulated and return us to a proper system where the marginal operational value of one program over another comes by way of cheating, the SEC generally and Alabama especially are going to be at sea for awhile. We should extend some grace to those people while they adjust.

Alabama is officially back to their Mike Shula and Dennis Francione days. Fortunately for them (unfortunate for everybody else) that the media still thinks Saban coaches there. I couldn't be less intimidated of playing them. Roll the ball out any time anywhere.

He said ND, Alabama, and Miami should all be in over James Madison and Tulane. He’s not really saying much as anyone with a set of eyes could see that. He never specifically said ND should be in over Bama.

This is true and it's a problem. People wanting him to be "commissioner" of college football? Based on what, his wins and losses at Alabama? He has way too much influence on the game right now in an era that he, quite frankly, didn't want to be a part of because he knew he wouldn't have the control he was used to having. There is a reason guys like Saban and Dabo are in college and will always stay there. They like the control. Saban tried being in an NFL locker room. He said his four years as Browns DC were "the worst of his life" and he lasted two seasons as Dolphins head coach.

That control is gone now. The players earn money and can move freely. Saban, Dabo and others have made their feelings known about this.

We're going to have to live with him being on Game Day and influencing the mouth breathers that listen to him and Pat MacAfee. But the further his Alabama tenure falls into the past, the better we'll all be.
