Would it be possible to put the Michigan garbage in the Michigan thread unless it's carousel related?

Actually, I really don't care who the hell they hire, but at least put the Moore related stuff in the scUM thread?

Jeez, State College turning into ISU East. Dude didn't have a huge amount of success vs Iowa, let's hope with PSU resources he has a little bit better record in the Big10, or his stay will be short.

I've always thought that Rees was an A level coordinator as far as scheme and play calling. As a talent evaluator, he's probably a C at best (Although we don't know how much was he forced into evaluating C level of talent by BK).

TIFWIW...But I've heard from a solid Utah source that Utah is in deep financial trouble, damn near bankrupt and there has been some fraud amongst other things going on that led to this decision. I was told the full story should break in a week or so...🤷🏻

Also was told a PE company is stepping in with 800 million.

Edit-- just was sent screenshots. The athletic department was robbing Peter to pay Paul. They put the team together this year for 14mill they told Whitt they could do 15mill next but that's it, Church is mad they can't control him more. The Athletic department looks to be legitimately broke.

The 800 million in addition to the 500 that was announced a couple days ago or total?

Additional, the "500" was spin...they said the real number was 150 not 500

And the 150 didn't go to Athletics or NIL, it went to paying off debt that came due.

Not that I don't believe you, but the 800M from a PE firm is A LOT of money. I have a few PE clients that have put like 30M into some tier 1 Esports orgs. What are they getting with the 800M?

Not sure, I'm just relaying the info I'm getting. I guess Harlan is being protected by the Pres to secure PE. Actually my buddy just said its so bad, it will probably be national sports news this weekend.

Dillingham talk seems to be 50/50 if he’s a serious candidate or just taking leverage to the brink. He has complained about NIL a lot lately
