I can buy into it that he's had some really nice coaching experience. Worked with Minter in the NFL< did a good job coordinating Western Michigan's defense, etc. Frankly If we were bringing him in I'd want him as a Co-DC/S coach. I can't see how he'd do as a CB coach.
Why is it surprising that a team that went 11-2, lost to only the #1 and #2 teams in the sport, returned several key pieces on O and D, and upgraded at OL and added the Heisman trophy winning QB is dominating?
