Dunkin Donuts? I prefer glaze.
If you and Buster are talking about the same kinds of donut, I don't want to know what the glaze is.

Well played.
The experience with cops is hit-and-miss, and that's how I judge them.
I've been jumped by to latino thugs in the middle of Secor Rd in Toledo, and Ottawa Hills, Toledo, and UT cops all came cruising at 60mph down the road and found me beating the tar out of those thugs on the pavement, and then after the processing they drove me to the house party...knowing fully that it was my 20th birthday and was drinking. They didn't care, they fight real crime.
I've also met cops in small college towns whose sole job it is to bust underage parties. They enjoyed telling me the process, 1) drive around and find a party, 2) listen for noise, 3) call the stand-by judge who will give them the warrant to bust the party, 3) arrest every kid in the party when they surround the place.
Cops in the first story are respected, cops in the second party make me angry. Angry like when Crist fumbled the ball against USC...to the tenth power.

Smells like bacon in here...
Baconnaise Glazed Donuts?

your hatred for cops... I can taste it in the air... its quite palpable. I love dealing with wise-asses like you, everything you say just makes my job easier.
Minors at 19. Lol, I almost forgot that you guys have to wait until 21 years old to be legal. That's pretty stupid. It's pretty hypocritical as well. Everyone knows 95% of the students in college gets shitfaced all the time.
For the cop haters out there...grow up. Cops are like everybody else...every other professsion/occupation. Some cops are dinks. Some convenience store clerks are dinks. Just because you have had experience with a dink cop or two doesn't mean they are all like that.
But here is a novel thought...sometimes the guys that cops have to deal with are dinks. And sometimes people who are drinking are unreasonable dinks.
What one ought to ask themsevles is this: have my experiences with abusive cops been entirely during periods when I was intoxicated? If your answer is "Yes." then I suggest it is likely that you were the dink.
You are stupid if you antagonize a power hungry cop. Two words: cavity search. Don't engage in verbal gymnastics with anybody who can force you to submit to a cavity search ESPECIALLY IF THEY ARE *******S (I avoided dink for a reason this time)
Buster, you're a good poster. A really good poster. But you're outta line here. Friggin' waaaaaaayyy outta line. There are policeman that are HUGE Irish fans, and there are some on this board. And you're insulting them, which is a no no. And there are parents of recruits, or family members of recruits, who are in law enforcement. With these posts, you are embarrassing Irish fans. You might feel the way you do, but here isn't the place for it.
And finally, there are good and bad in EVERY profession. Bad teachers, bad doctors, bad lawyers. But there are also great people in those professions as well, police included. For you to brush them all with one broad stroke is extremely narrow-minded.
Anyway, do yourself a favor and take a deep breath, and stay away from this thread, before you say more things that will eventually get you banned.
Thanks...
F the police was harsh, but when people on the board speak their mind about the well documented jerkery of Excise and SBPD, I think that's fair and germane to the discussion.
Ol' boy up there and his 'wiseass' comment just threw fuel on the fire.
I think the actual parameter is 93% of college kids drink alcohol.
translation: 100% of college kids outside of Utah.
"My people will get you."
Again, you weren't there and have no idea what context that was in.
Could have meant that his people would be getting Tommy out, you don't know that. And what if he did say it as a 'threat?'
Who cares?

Edit: Sorry, didn't see the italics. I was getting worked up!
Agreed kind sir. Maybe I'm looking at this with to much of a simplistic mind but I really am not sure why the drinking age can't be lowered to 18 or 19. The average age around the world appears to be in the 18-19 range for legalized drinking. (Legal drinking age - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia)

Something that I don't get is if it was just a simple noise complaint why were 6 cops there? Normally on noise complaints here, there is only 2 cops that come. Also, why would cops be behind the fence if it was a noise complaint?
Read Buster's account of how small town college cops operate on the previous page. I don't know if that's how the raid on Goodman's house happened, but it sounds more plausible than the "responding to a simple noise complaint" theory.
Can we all just go to the Kate Upton thread and let her teach us how to Dougie?
